If you have a specific pattern, then we could be more specific, but in general, you would cast on half the stitches and work the back front and sleeves separately then seam them together. If it's a top down or bottom up raglan that's a little trickier but can be done. Tell those ladies that knitting in the round on a circ is much easier and faster than knitting the pieces flat and seaming.
