Hello! I'm trying my hand at a more difficult pattern than I would usually attempt. After all, that's how you get better, right? But I'm only barely started and already stumped. Here is what I'm making...

I'm on instruction 2b where it says "Pick up the cast on hat stitches another circular needle by pushing the needle tip into the loops of the cast on row." I guess I'm just having a hard time picturing how to do it exactly, where to stick my needle in and where it should come back out. I'm a visual learner so I tried finding a video on it but I don't even know what you would CALL it. LOL. So can anyone help me?
