I wonder, is it okay to "take" your daily dose of turmeric as chicken curry? Okay, well I don't eat it daily, but I could stand to eat it a lot more often (now if only hubby would get on board)! Another added benefit: the curry is great for keeping blood sugar in check. Oh, and the ginger is great for digestion. Hmmm . . . I think I'll go have some for breakfast!
