Okay the incs don't seem to be right, you do double YO's but it doesn't say what to do with them on the next row. Usually you knit 1 purl the other, unless you're supposed to just have a big hole there which is what you have.
There was a note in a ravelry project that there's errors, and I think row 2 is one of them. Ahh, I found a correction for it in
another project.
"Row 2: Adjusted stitch count.
A knit stitch needs to be worked between the two yarn-overs, i.e. “yo, pass marker, k1, yo”. Full row: “K2, yo, K2tog, knit 3 (5, 7, 9) yo, pm, k1, yo, knit 4 (6, 8, 10) yo, pm, k1, yo, knit 18 (20, 22, 24) yo pm k1 yo, knit 4 (6, 8, 10) yo, pm, k1, yo, knit 7 (9, 11, 13).”
