Yes, that one's close, except maybe do it as a multiple of 3 +1 instead of 4. That means you would do it a k1 (yo p2tog, k1) instead and need a stitch count of 13, 16, 19, 22, and so on. That's the same as the Half herringbone rib which is a multiple of 3 without the extra k1 at the end.
