I had an epiphany about catching the floats on the WS. I decided to just knit backwards across the row (which I already knew how to do), instead of turning my work and purling. This has at least 3 advantages:
  1. The public side is always facing me, which makes it easier to read the chart.
  1. The balls of yarn don't get twisted.
  2. To catch the floats knitting backwards, I simply mirror what I do when I'm knitting forwards.
