Essentially, the pattern is telling you to increase in every stitch.
K0, *inc in next st, rep from * to the end. (116sts) for your size.
So it seems that you have 58sts on the needle after the ribbing and you are doing a quick increase all across this row.
A knit front and back in each stitch is probably the easiest increase to do here.
