Hi and welcome to Knitting Help!
It may very well be K5, P5, K5 (not S but five). That would make the repeat add up to 25 stitches and if it's repeated 4 times that gives you 100 stitches. When you add in the 13 before the repeat and the 3 after you get 116 total.
