You could try different ways of knitting, like switching to continental, etc, avoiding certain stitches, stretching and not working too long at a time.
I am gonna try that thanks. I think that mostly because I crochet like 5-6 hours a day 7 days a week is why I have this. I have cut down how much I crochet and it seems to be helping.
