If you can follow directions, you can seam. For me the biggest problem with seaming is the lack of desire to do it, hence I will avoid it when possible. Seaming isn't hard, it's just not knitting, but at some point that project you want to knit includes seaming, so you learn.

I see you joined the site in 2008, so I imagine you've been knitting for awhile. I encourage you to move forward. I did a search on a free knitting pattern site and there are a number of pullovers you can look at:
