Used to do a lot of conversions for baking cakes at altitude and found it easiest to measure the ingredients by weight; grams was the simplest.
Occasionally, in projects such as this one, I use the scales to determine whether or not I will have enough yarn to complete the project. Grams again the way to go. Using ounces as the form of measure
makes my head hurt.
