S.R. flour has rising agents in it: baking soda/baking powder
Almond meal = ground almonds
I do wish the English speaking world would speak the same language!
For what it's worth I never measure exactly - I prefer the Nigella Lawson approach ... in fact, if the Tangelos are particularly ripe and have more moisture, I'll increase the S.R. Flour.
