Toque...took...OK I can see that. When I google how to knit a took it popped up video links for beanies. I've seen took used before in context that might mean cap or hat or toque. Thanks!
My friend in Canada promises me I could easily learn to speak fluent Canajian (her word, my spelling). I know she calls a shopping cart a buggy and electric bills are hydro bills.
