I'm curious. When I buy needles from Knit Picks or WEBS directly, if there is a problem they will send out replacement pieces with no problem, any questions they ask are after the replacement has already been ordered and I assume they want to know what the problem was for their records. I ordered my Nova set through KH and if I had a problem I know that Amy and Sheldon would help out. I don't know that on my Nova set I'd go directly to WEBS. What would you do if there were a problem? How are things like this handled when you buy through Amazon?
