Confused on sweater's armhole and neck edge
Cable pattern:
Row 1: P1, sl 2 on spare pin, K2, K2 from spare needle, P1
Row 2: K1, P4, K1
Row 3: P1, K4, P1
Row 4: As Row 1

With Right Side facing patt 6 sts, K2tog, K2, cast off 8 sts, K to end of row.

Next row: Cast off 2 sts (armhole edge) P11 sts, P8 sts from spare pin (pocket lining) over cast off sts, P3, K1, P4, K1. <<This is where I've stopped, with 28 sts.

Now K all in SS except the 6 cable sts at neck edge. K2tog inside of cable sts every 4th row 6 times and at same time K2tog armhole edge every other row twice (20 sts).

So where I'm stopped at, I've got two rows until I have to cable again. Is that the first row the k2tog inside the cable is at? And with the k2tog, would I still k1 to fit the cable pattern? I've tried thinking this over, but I'm stumped.
