Dumb question from a newbie
Hi everyone,

I'm an experienced crocheter, and I like the look of knitted material, so I recently decided to try to teach myself how to knit. I'm fairly comfortable with the knit and purl stitch, using the Continental method, but I've had a problem with the last stitch on every row, which ends up with a huge loop that I can't tighten. When I continue on the next row, the stitch usually turns out ok (maybe slightly bigger than the other stitches in the row), but that big loop is really annoying to work around. Is it normal for the last loop to be so big or am I doing something wrong? I've checked a lot of books and the videos on this website (which are great!), but nobody ever shows what happens when you get to the end of a row!

thanks for the help!
