Hi LisaPS!

It's really common for patterns to start all over with the row numbering, in the middle of the work. It's easier to keep track of your "new" rows 1 and up, then calling it "Row 56" or whatever. Patterns can do this at any time, it's just beginning a new set of instructions. If they wanted you do go back to the beginning, they should be more clear than just saying "Row 1," definitely.
Unless you're working on a separate piece that will later be attached (it should be obvious), then it sounds like you should continue where your at. I don't know the pattern, but this is my "general" input.
