my DH and his brother used to play hungry hippos when they were little... until my MIL discoverd that they'd thought it would be "fun" to fill the tray with WATER and RED food food coloring... imagine her horror upon finding 2 boys hammering down on the hippos as red water splashed all over them, the leather furniture, and white carpeting
This is one of his favorite stories to tell... and I'm like "what, exactly, told you that this was a GOOD idea?"
