Hi there! I'm just learning to knit (thanks to this site) and a friend sent me some really lovely yarn for my birthday--but it's just one skein. The tag says that it's 54 yards, and I'd guess that it looks vaguely the same weight as yarn that I've been knitting on #11 needles (the thickness varies, though).

Does anyone know how I could go about finding a pattern that would be appropriate for this yarn? I figure I've have to make something pretty small, like a hat or something.
