K1 *P1 all into front of next stitch. P3tog. (K1 P1 K1) all into front of next stitxh. Repeat from * to last three sts. P1 (K1 P1 K1) all into front of next st. K1 (86sts on needle)
(K1, P1, K1) all into front of next st simply means to K1 as normal, but do NOT slide the st off the LN yet. Bring the yarn to the front in prep for a purl, then P1. Do not slide st off LN yet. Bring yarn to the back in prep for another knit - and K1. Finally, you can slide that st off of the LN. Hope that helps.
