sorry....just copying and pasting from one i did yesterday.

a good place to look on here is on the "abbreviations explained" tab....there are videos on there. in the left hand column look for K1 f&B which is knit 1 in the front and back of the loop. there are two videos one for continental and one for english. here is the conti link.
