Thimble pads
Just discovered these little helpers at Annie's Attic. Seems to be just what I need for using my boye needlemaster set. They're little round disks that come in packs of twelve for $1.99...never saw them before in local craft stores.

Still wish Susan Bates would come out with an interchangeable set. I switched from boye to Susan Bates last night and the difference was fantastic. Knitting was much faster and smoother. I can't believe the Addi turbo's have anything over Susan Bates. Another thing I like about Susan Bates circulars is that the needle size is embossed/engraved on the needle.
