Baby Cardigan Sweater
Hello all:
I'm working on my first ever sweater, it's actually the "Baby's First Tattoo" sweater from Stitch N Bitch Nation and I've come upon a problem I hope someone can help me with. I apologize if this question has been asked before, but I've been searching for a few days but haven't been able to find any answers, so here goes!

I finished the back panel without any problems and have moved onto the front left panel. The sweater is "outlined" with an accent color along all edges, so when working the front panels I have to constantly change colors at the beginning (or end) of each row. Instead of cutting the yarn and tying a knot each time I have to change colors, I'd like to do the "thing" where the second color is constantly attached so all I'd have to do is pick up that second color when I come to the end of a row. I really hope this makes sense!

Thanks!
