Hello!

I'm trying a lace pattern for the first time and don't know which stitches qualify as 'purl' stitches for the WS rows. Here's what I mean:

Row1 (RS): k1, *k2, SKP, k4, k2tog, k2, yo, k1, yo, rep *, end k1.

Row 2 (WS): k the knit sts and p the purl sts

When I'm doing row 2, the two yo sts look different from all the others. Are those the purls? My pattern isn't looking right, so any other tips for this type of pattern that a newbie knitter might need would be appreciated.
