HI, I need some help.. i have to make an armhole (knitting sweater in the round, and the pattern goes as follows:

K11, bind off 2 stitches, cast on 14 and p these new sts.

how do i bind off 2 sts in the middle? i wind up with an extra stitch that will wind up being in the middle of the armhole the next round when i have to purl over it...

please help a girl in need!
