It's true, they're made out of casein, which is the milk protein. In Stephanie Purl-Mcphee's book she says that they taste terrible, so don't hold them in your mouth!
I've never used them, well, ok, I have only just heard of them myself , but they would be a big no-no in my house as we're all allergic to milk.
