Exactly. There's always an obvious one row difference seam. How do fix that, to make it even?
You don't. That's the nature of circular knitting; like Ingrid said, you're really making a spiral. It won't be noticeable and there's some tips for finishing up the BO (if it's on the cuff) that minimize the difference. If you're ending up at the toe, it won't matter, I think.
