I use the recipe on the Marshmallow Fluff jar. It is really NO FAIL! I make it every Christmas and give it for gifts. I swear by it! It calls for Evaporated Milk, but I can totally see where Soy Milk would work. I'm just not sure what's in the Fluff. You'd have to check it out. Good luck!
