I couldn't find any patterns, but you could easily design a cover for your bible. I would suggest, open up the bible and measure how long and wide it is. Add 3 or 4 inches to the sides so you can fold that over and make small pockets for the cover of the bible. Then you can just knit a rectangle and when finished sew the pockets. You could use any stitch pattern to or just use garter or stockinette stich. I hope this helps!
