When you come to needle B, make sure that needle A is below the level of your "working" needle and knit the first stitch giving it a little tug after completing the knit. Do the same with the next stitch. At this point you should not have any gaps or ladders between needles A & B. Continue doing this as you make your rounds with each separate needle. As you get more practice the ladders will disappear.
