Hi All! I’m not sure what to call it but I’m looking to make this for my 3 & 2 year olds. The best that I can describe it would be a neck warmer with a hood. But I would like a hood to cover his whole forehead. Or it can be describe as ski mask with the whole face opened. Since I don’t know what to call it I don’t even know how to search it on the Internet.
