I have found a lot of "heathered" yarns that have both dyed and natural fibers spun together with the abundance being the dyed yarns. I have also seen heathered yarns with two different colors spun together with one color being the main dominant color. Mostly I find the natural colors tend to be white(ish), grey or black, which I also find mimicked in dyed heathers as well. I'd type more but my dh just took my glasses.
