Please help!
I am knitting a baby's blanket and just realized that halfway though I reversed the pattern. It is almost done! Is there anything I can do to fix it or do I have to rip it out?

Well, you can rip out to where you reversed the pattern---pull out the stitches until a row before you want to restart, and then pop them out one at a time and reinsert your needle.

OR. . . make it a pattern design. When the reversed section is the same length as the first section, switch back, knit another equal section, and call it a reversible blanket.

In what way have you reversed the pattern?

A blanket is a two sided object (i.e. you see both sides all the time). Knitting in garter stitch will look the same from either side. Knitting in stockinette/reverse stockinette will create one knit side and one purl side. If you are working intarsia or an image through texture, you will just have the mirror image on the right/wrong side.

Leave it and call it your own design.

I agree. If you're almost done, and it happened halfway through then just leave it and say it's part of the design. Unless you don't like the way the reverse side looks?
