Lace Shawl Pattern

The instruction for this lace shawl is a bit confusing. I am not new to knitting, but I am stuck with what the instruction is trying to tell me. It says:

On WS rows, K and P into double YOs between the Chart repeats.

According to the chart I do not see any DOUBLE YO. In fact on the chart it reads (RS):
K3, *YO, K, YO, K, YO, K, YO, K, YO, SSK, SSK, SSK, SSK, K, K, K, K, K2TOG, K2TOG, K2TOG, K2TOG, YO, K, YO, K, YO, K, YO, K, YO*, K3

(WS): K3, *K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K, K*, K3
