Crochet Clubs?

Hello, My name is Michelle. I live in Long Beach, Ca.
I am wondering if there are any Crochet clubs in or around LB area?!?!
I am a single mother and work long hours and love to crochet, but I am not very experienced... I would love to get out more - join a club and meet others that have the same interest!

I don't know of any crochet clubs (or knitting for that matter), but some yarn stores have a social knitting and crochet group that meets once a week. I know mine in Laguna Hills does.

You might check ravelry.com (free to join) under their groups tab. They have groups of people listed by location, as well as lists of current events.

Additionally, you might check crochetville.com which is mostly devoted to crochet to see if any groups are listed there.
