Switching Colors?

Does anyone know of a good tutorial for switching colors while knitting? I learned how to last year, but have since forgotten. Even just one pic would help.

You can just start knitting with the new color and weave in the ends later.

If it's for something like intarsia knitting, there's a good video under the Advanced Techniques section of Free Videos at the top of the page. And also one for fair isle if that's the kind of color switch you're doing.
