You're going to work 5 stitches in one. Knit the next stitch but don't slide it off the needle. Bring the yarn to the front between the needles and purl into the same stitch, then to the back and knit, then purl again, then knit again. Then slide it off. You'll have 5 stitches where you had one.

A row or two in the future you'll probably be reducing this cluster back down to one for a bobble.
