Help me read this pattern please!
Ok, I'm working on a cowl and am stuck. This is what the directions say:

Row 3: K1, *[K2tog] 3 times, [yo, K1} 6 times, [K2tog} 3 times; repeat from * to last stitch, K1

So does this mean that I knit the first stitch, then knit 2 together 3 times, then yarn over and knit one (and do the yarn over and knit one 6 times), then knit 2 together 3 times?

Yep, that's right. The k1 are just the edge sts and don't get repeated. You might think of the set of k2togs as working 6 of them in the middle, after you've done the first set of yo k1 6 times.
