sweater at cuff edge
Hi,
I am a relatively new knitter. I have completed a sweater that is in 2 pieces, just a front and back. I need to add the cuffs. One of the sleeves is uneven at the edge where I need to pick up and knit. This is not a bind off edge. It is the side of the stockinet stitches.

1) If the edge is really messy and hard to see/pick-up sts from, then you could block it first and proceed with the picking-up of sts.

2) However, I would probably just go ahead and pick-up the sts and knit the cuff. Remember, you pick-up sts from the RS, so once finished the ugly edge/seam will be folded under and NOT visible on the finished garment.
