Edge stitch
Hi,

I'm relatively new to knitting (started in February). I am going to attempt a bikini from the latest issue of Rebecca. The pattern makes sense, except that it says to do an 'edge stitch' (on a knitted row), but does not explain what the edge stitch is exactly. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks!

Edge Stitch
Well, it sometimes means that to give the garment a finished edge, you do a little something extra when you are done. Might be a crochet edging, or a decorative cast-off, or a row or two of a contrasting stitch from what you've been using.

I'm not bikini-worthy myself, but hope yours turns out well!
