Cluster 5?
Hello. I have a new pattern for a lovely scarf i'm trying to make. Can anybody help me with this pattern:
Special abbreviation, cluster 5 = (slip next st knitwise dropping extra loops) 5 times, slip these 5 sts back onto left needle, working all 5 sts tog and wrapping yarn 3 times round needle for each st, work (K1,P1,K1,P1,K1) into these sts. I think I am ok up until the point, working all 5 st tog etc, how do I work them all together whilst still doing them as k1p1k1p1k1?
Thanks in advance from a frustrated knitter. x

This is a new one to me, too, but would it work if you do them all together but don't slip them off, then do the appropriate stitch in each, slipping them off one at a time?
