twisted knit stitch help

Hey everyone,
I'm beginning a new bag and the pattern says to "knit twisted 16 stitches". There have been moments when I thought I was a 'twisted knitter' but how do I knit twisted?

You don't have to be twisted to knit that way.

Twisted means to knit into the back of the loop.

I think to knit a twisted stitch you need to knit into the back of the stitch.

I saw a picture and explanation but it just didn't register at the time. Got it now. I don't know why I continually try to make knitting more complicated than it is.
