we got two hours of rain last night apparently from 3-5am and it has been snowing since. we are only expecting 1-3 inches of snow but that rain is causing a mess....AND the windchills have us at about 1 degree....brrrrrr
all i wanted was snow...not all this other cwap!
We are also being covered in snow. All schools in the area are closed. I can't wait to take the kids out and play and go sledding on the small hill near our house. We have not gotten nearly enough snow for Wisconsin this winter. We are supposed to be up near 10 inches before it is done. Nothing compared to the snow that hit the east, but good enough for me.
Yeah, I should be taking this time to knit instead of reading this, and bidding on yarn on ebay and watching dull tv, etc. Kids are watching Toy Story 2 right now, but we will be doing crafts in a few minutes. It always seems like something is getting in the way of my knitting. :(
No snow here, but my best friend in Cambridge, ON is snowed in big time. We've found winter here though. The current temp is -28°C with a wind chill of -42°C
