I just fixed a problem in my knitting without ripping! I'm making the
Thuja Socks from Knitty for my sister, and they're in a seed-stitch rib, meaning that every fourth stitch is in seed stitch. On examination, I discovered that one of my seed-stitch columns had skipped a row, or I had knit instead of purled. Not wanting to frog, I just unraveled that stitch down to below the mistake, and painstakingly fixed each row. And now it looks great!
Sorry, no pictures, my camera is still packed from my honeymoon.
