Beanie Pattern

Hey there ya'll. I'm looking for a pattern for a beanie so my mom can knit me a few for snowboarding. Buying them in stores is pretty expenisve and i may go through a couple every year (the tend to get lost on the mountain). I know it sounds kinda shallow but most of the things my mom is good at I'm terrible at; like cooking, knitting, etc... So I usually stick with things I can do; like the boarding bit.

lol nice name. There are a lot of patterns to chose from on www.knittingpatterncentral.com though most of them are kids are womens hats.

Marnie has a couple of good ones i think though they are not done in winter yarns in the patterns so your mom would have to do some subbing if you wanna keep that head of yours warm. One of them is the Pismo hat.

I know there is a hat out there that looks like that one but i can NOT think of where it is.... someone here will know though i am sure.

Thanks for all the help, but I was looking more for a pattern for the design the beanie has, the honeycomb things.

This site has every kind of stitch pattern you can think of, which can be adapted to a basic hat pattern.
