Socks completed
I found a great Yahoo group...Socks for Soldiers, and I have been busy meeting a deadline of Oct. 31st. You can knit black or white military socks or leisure socks. I decided on the leisure style for some lady soldiers. Since learning the Magic Loop technique my speed is a little faster on the socks.

Thank you! The pinkish pair is superwash merino from Artyarn. They feel wonderful! The red, white, and blue is another merino from Idena called Crazy. I'm working on a green pair from Artyarn, and I really like ths yarn!

Pirate Hat Adult Male
How hard would the adult version of the pirates hat be to knit? I want to make it for my 21 year old son.Iam working on my first sock magic looping it before that I knit 2 booga bags and a pair of newborn longies.Darcy
