How much yarn do I need for the Klaralund Sweater?

I have 10 balls of Paton's SWS in plum that I hope will make gauge for the Klaralund sweater in one of the NORO books.

Can anyone tell me how much yarn I need for an ex-small, small and medium sweater?

XS, S , M takes 400, 450, 500 g of Silk Garden. 50g of SG is 108 yards. So that woud be a bit over 800, 900, 1000 yards.

Thanks, now to calculate if i'll make gauge, or determine which size the Paton's SWS will make following the pattern for one of the sizes.

I've found that if you use a little larger needle and make a smaller size, you can knit a sweater with slightly/somewhat less yardage than recommended.
