Pattern reading
When a pattern says "work 8 rows in st st", does it mean to work a row in knit then a row in purl 4 times, or do I do both of those rows 8 times for 8 complete rows of stockinette? Thanks for any help!

the rows you Purl are just knit rows when you look at the front of the works
so you see the knit knit knit if you made the same thing in the round
