I thought you didnt have to P on circs??

sewinhotmama23 Ribbing the Cuff Join Date: Nov 2006 Posts: 70 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	I thought you didnt have to P on circs?? My sweater pattern says CO 138, join,plc mrkr, and P even for 1 inch.... umm...help!! AGAIN!!
