Neck Edge

Hi Everyone

I am knitting this hooded sweatshirt (first time) and I have a bit of a problem. My pattern reads: Neck Shaping: K26. Turn. Leave remaining sts on a spare needle. Decrease 1st st. at neck edge next 9 rows. Continue even until work from beginning measures same as back. Ending with RS facing. Cast Off. With RS facing for next row, cast off center 10 stitches. Knit to end of row. Decrease 1 st. at nect edge for next 9 rows, etc. My problem is there is no yarn to cast off the center sts. because I knitted up one side and then cast off. Do I just join more yarn and continue. I hope this is clear to someone. Any help would be appreciated. I'm kind of stuck.

Yes, you need to start the bind off with a new ball of yarn.
